Contract Terms and Conditions:

Scope of Work: Our company will furnish you with a detailed scope of work delineating the tasks for your renovation project. This document will specify a timeline, estimated costs, required materials, and other pertinent details. Prior to commencement, you are required to review and approve this scope of work. Any alterations must receive written approval from both parties.

Payment: To initiate work, our company necessitates a deposit of 50% of the total estimated project cost. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Additional costs resulting from scope changes will be invoiced separately and must be settled within 30 days. Delinquent payments may incur fees or delay project completion.

Permits and Regulations: Clients are responsible for securing all requisite permits and approvals from local authorities for the renovation project. Our company disclaims liability for any fines or penalties due to the client's failure to obtain necessary permits or adhere to regulations.

Liability: While our company is fully insured and takes precautions to safeguard workers and property, we cannot be held liable for damages or losses resulting from client non-compliance with outlined terms, including property damage, personal injury, or other losses.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, invoicing will reflect completed work, and deposits will be refunded, minus costs incurred for completed tasks.

Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, both parties agree to pursue amicable resolution efforts. If resolution proves elusive, mediation or arbitration will be sought. Legal actions must be initiated in Ontario, Canada.
